This<\/b>cheese, due to its size and presence, is one of the most requested. It takes its name from the Loreto monastery, located in Espartinas. With natural white flowery rind, buttery and friable paste, with lactic and acidic flavors when tender, becoming more pronounced when ripe, with goat and nutty flavors.
